PowerWalker Presents Immersion Cooling and Scalable UPS at Data Centre World Frankfurt 2025

At Data Centre World Frankfurt 2025, PowerWalker will unveil a comprehensive lineup that includes its debut two-phase immersion cooling system and a range of modular UPS systems supporting scalable deployments up to 1.2MW.

Revolutionizing Thermal Management with Immersion Cooling

One of the key highlights of PowerWalker’s showcase is its two-phase immersion cooling system—a next-generation solution designed to tackle the most pressing issue in high-density computing: overheating.

This system submerges servers in dielectric liquid, eliminating the need for traditional air cooling and drastically lowering PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) to as low as 1.02. The result is reduced energy consumption, prolonged equipment lifespan, and minimized hardware failure risks—making it ideal for AI workloads, HPC environments, and edge data centers under thermal stress.

Scalable UPS Solutions for Mission-Critical Operations

PowerWalker will also present its latest modular UPS series, built to support mission-critical infrastructure and rapid scalability. These include:

  • VFI CPF PF1 BX (60k–300k): Modular design with parallel support up to 1.2MW, double-conversion architecture, and front-access modules for reduced MTTR.

  • VFI CPM 60k–600k: Featuring a 60kW hot-swappable module in just 3U, it supports N+X redundancy and includes a built-in maintenance bypass for uninterrupted power.

Both models support ECO mode for improved energy efficiency while maintaining high availability.

Flexible UPS for Mid-Sized Data Centers & Industrial Sites

For smaller and mid-sized applications, PowerWalker introduces the VFI TAP PF1 3/3 BE series (20k–80k). This compact UPS uses three-level IGBT PWM control for superior efficiency and stable output. The system features Hot Parallel connectivity, allowing multiple units to share load without complex rewiring or external sync devices.

It’s a perfect choice for data centers and industrial environments seeking high-density performance in a smaller footprint.

Compact Infrastructure with the Micro Data Center

For decentralized and space-constrained environments, PowerWalker will showcase its all-in-one Micro Data Center, combining:
